About the Role
Our Customer Success team is committed to helping our customers adopt Vimocity as both a technology platform as well as a holistic approach to workplace safety and personal movement health. We strive to help our customers build Vimocity into their existing company infrastructure and culture. From onboarding to business as usual, our Customer Success Team guides our customers to get the most value out of Vimocity over time.
We're looking for a Customer Success Project Manager to help our customers get off on the right foot, adopt Vimocity successfully, and act as a continued support system over time. As a Customer Success PM, you will be working directly with Vimocity’s Customer Success Manager and the Performance Coaches to guide your customers through onboarding and implementation of all services in their service agreement. You will serve as a consultative partner, problem solver, and product expert to the customers with whom you work.
This role requires experience as a planner, engagement analyst, project manager and the attribute of being a flexible thinker who can balance multiple objectives at once. Successful applicants are excellent collaborators, have strong organizational skills, and a proven track record of delivering timely results.
